Kelly Parker, P.E., Dean of HET Institute Educational Programs
Mr. Parker is also President of Guaranteed Watt Saver Systems, Inc. (GWS) is a Professional Engineer in the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina and Texas currently. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and a certified HERS rater. He is a member of the RESNET Board of Directors and currently serves as RESNET Immediate Past President. Over the past several years, Kelly has become an active champion of environmentally responsible building practices and has held numerous training sessions on the application of building science principles in everyday construction.
